Vette(s): Sold my Vette, living life in a tiny town with dirt roads, deer, peace and quiet. Living the life I dreamed of.
My red Vette is "Cherry Love" because she is the fulfillment of a 25 year passion. The Yellow Vette is the "Banana" (banana yellow with a black bumper).
Its funny, Ronda says that i cuss when i work on the banana, but coo when i work on Cherry. I just cant get mad at her, i have lusted after her sience i was Louis age, it would be completely wrong, i can understand where you are coming from Louis!

My youngest always says the "quartervette" My wife says its fitting because it doesn't nickle & dimes, it quarters me to death.I can honestly say I have never cursed at the vette yet. It's never left me standed and the few things I have needed to replace all have been normal maintaince items and were done with out problems. Except one, recharging a/c then it was those (edited) gosh darn stupied freken CHEVY engineers they couldn't change a light bulb with out making it an all day project. With me being a life long Mopar man I have always hated Chevys except CORVETTES so I refuse to acknowlage that a Corvette is related to Chevy till something goes wrong then it's just bad genes.

My bride first named it "Erma" becuz' of the letters in the original plates that arrived. After getting the personalized plates "The Toy" started to get used more often and has stuck (at least from my standpoint anyway
).

I've only owned mine since April, so I haven't come up with a name yet.
Been kicking around the obvious like RED DEVIL, RED RIDER, CHERRY, MONEY PIT, AND RED ROCKET, but nothing really jumps out and grabs me.
Maybe when I add some graphics in the spring it will hit me.
Right now I call her moth balls (winter storage).
