This gives you an idea of what it is...kinda...it's a crude drawing, but....I ain't no artist! 

The PCV pipe needs to be glued into the flanges, unless the flanges you get have screw holes in the sides to insert set screws.

Joel. YOU DA BEST I tried to do a drawing intext but it would not stay as a pic . I Sudda made a drawing and then attach/ glue it Thanks, AL.
PS herb can get fancy and bore holes int the dolly for the pipes to set in the glue or screw to the flange

WOW! Have you guys been a lot of help. It is really clear to me now how to build this. I really have myself a nice little project here with plenty of guidance.
