Shoot if you can't decide then just get both
. I would have both inspected real close and get the one that's in best shape.

they are both great shape... solid car has 49k 2 tone has 48k both 2 owners both mint untouched cars. heres the add for the 2 tone, but its a crappy pic. I'll have to find the solid car.

The '82 seems priced a bit high to me, even for the mileage.

That's the dealer's price. I talked to the owner personaly and he'll take 13k even. He has all the paper work including the window sticker. They are asking 13.5k for the solid silver.

Buying a car because it would show better then another car seems rather STUPID to me ...(not really BUT I buy a car to drive )
That said I never really cared too much for Silver
But I now own a Silver C5 ..which replaced a Black C4 and I LOVE IT...
Just so much easier to keep looking the way I like my Corvettes to look.. (CLEAN) .. the thing looks clean all the time even when its not... the black was ...(well a *&^%) to keep clean looking..
Anyway.. thats my take on this situation..

I would get the two-tone because the silver is just too plain for my taste.

Why ask us? You say this is an opinion poll, but only one opinion counts and that's yours. We aren't buying the car. Buy the one you want.
