This story is a little to long so I'll try the readers digest one.Sun.I was pulling into the auto zone juat as an eldery black man was on his way out.He saw my Vette and got all excited. He says did I just buy the car.I told him that I've had it for a year now.He says there is one for sale just like mine right down the street and thought I had bought that one.An 82 CE you just don't see them everyday. He also told me about a 77 he was going to look at.He gave me his number and I called him back on mon.He went and bought the 77,from an old lady.A gold with white interior coupe,4 speed,25,000 miles he paid $3,000.The car had not been started in 5 yrs.He had it flatbedded to the shop he goes to and the engine was not frozen up.I'm going to go look at it this weekend.WHY can't I ever find something like this!I don't know yet if it's an L48 or L82 but for three grand who cares zgator38567.7779976852

Some people just have all the luck. Not me though. If I would have bought it the frame would have been rotted out and the rats would have made dinner of the wiring harnesses.
