silver door opener from outside top of the door removal?

Trying to get the rear bolt/screw out from the rear attachment point for the silver door push handle for the driver/pass door?

The front bolt is easy but how and what do yo use to be able to get it attached and moved to  losen the bolt?

Looks like maybe I have to take 3 screws out of the end of the door towards the back and maybe drop the whole door opening mechanism? I guess I have to do this to remove the key hole and lock out of the door also for painting and remove several push rods and attachment clamps.

Any experience and info on this step would be greatly appreciated trying to get her stripped so when someone does offer me a quote to paint my car I am already for it!
