I got the seatbelts off of ebay. The set I won came with a front and rear set. Just use the rear set and sell the fronts. I believe these particular ones are from an '01. Any of this body style should be fine for your project.

I love the look of black on the chrome bumper cars. And yes it is a pain to keep clean. I used BC/CC so it helps to keep the shine up.
