I met a guy with a '70 at the Primm NV run who puts 110 octaine
motorcycle gas in his tank, at $4.00 a gallon California prices! Says it runs
better.. it won't be long till I catch up to him though, 91 octaine is
running $2.90 in my neighborhood (should be $3.00 by the end of next
week). But when ya gotta do a beer run, ya gotta do a beer run.

The refinery that blew supplies about 3% of the nations gas. No doubt the fuel companies will try to jack prices at least 10-30% as a result.

Oh but not only the loss of gas production but dont forget the frenzy of lawsuits that are just starting. Millions of dollers are already on line for BP. The deaths of those plant workers is tragic but, Already the local news is interveiwing people who are sueing Bp for Millions who didnt even get hurt but had there homes damaged from the blast and put in "danger". The amount of lawyers down here looking for "victims" is rediculous.
