Question on Ecklers return policy

I ordered some floor mats from them and I know they were sent to me by ACC.I ordered Dark brown so they would contrast with my collector edition color carpet.I made sure I told them DARK brown.Well they sent me what looks like doeskin.Have any of you delt with a return from Ecklers.I didn't even get an invoice or packing slip.

I've placed a couple of orders with them and got the parts I ordered with a detailed shipping invoice and return instructions included.

Call Ecklers and have them fix it. If it was drop-shipped from ACC.,you should get an invoice from ECK. in the mail. They will fix it, just have to give 'em a chance and some time. Hang in there!

I agree. You need to contact them and get a return authorization. If they messed up, they might even send a UPS call tag and pick up the shipping costs.

I called first thing this morning and they squared me away.

I did get an invoice today.They said send it ack and they will credit my shipping.Found out the problem was I want dark brown floor mats in my 82CE.Well if you order by year the darkest brown they made in 82 was doeskin.So I ordered a set of dark brown from 76-78.With stingray embrodiered on them.I want the dark brown so it will pick up the brown in the counsel.Sorry, that was my wifes idea.I think I kinda like it.
