In the last IM conversation we had I mentioned that you need to store your images on an internet server in order for everyone to be able to see them. The reason they appear for you is because they are local to your PC.
In the site's Help section click on the link for 'Adding a Photo to Your Forum Signature' for directions on how to upload images and get them to display.
