Two things.
1. Change the name of your picture so there are only letters or numbers or both. No spaces, dashes, slashes, or punctuation.

2. Your picture has to be on a server, not on your hard drive. Meaning you must upload your picture to your Personal File Folder. Select My Account from the tab at the top and then select Personal File Folder. Upload your picture.
