Here are Driver and Passenger side shots of 1969 with a 350 - The Car has custom tilt front end similar to a C-4 so the pictures may seem a bit odd as far as how much of the engine you see in the photos

Thanks for the pics guys. I enjoy seeing all the different configurations. I think I would really like to see more of the front end water pump / pulleys and alt. to get a better idea of which direction to head. I am going to go with the aluminum intake, orange block and heads, chrome therm housing and chrome coil bracket and coil. Keeping the original wire covers. Not sure about headers or cleaning and restoring the original manifolds. If I go to headers I loose the chrome plug covers? I have read about the special paint and coatings to redo the exhaust manifolds. Anyone have any luck with this? Those of you that have the hose covers, do you like them?Looking forward to more pics.
Thanks a bunch for everything so far.

Hey Ed, Great lookin motor. Is your water pump painted or is it the natural cast color. Also I like the looks of your pulleys. Is it possible to get a shot of the front closer? Where did you get your Alt. brackets? Thanks
Rodney

Oops. I forgot to write anything.  What you see is a Weiand polished intake and polished aluminum water pump.  The water pump, crank and alternator pulleys are March polished aluminum. The alternator is a chrome piece from Jegs.  The alternator brackets are stock pieces that have been powder coated in Almost Chrome.  The A/C brackets are Alan Groves and powder coated in Almost Chrome. They came in raw steel from Hot Rod Air with their A/C kit.  The headers are Dougs and they are Jet Hot coated.  The radiator hoses are Cool FLex and the heater hoses are braided stainless.  The fuel pump is a Holley that has an adjustable body to allow for fit in different chassis.  The fuel lines are Russell braided stainless with anodized AN fittings.  The radiator is a 4 row aluminum radiator with dual electric fans from Portell's Radiator Shop near St. Louis.  The valve covers are polished GM pieces and the carb is a coated Holley Street Avenger.  That just about covers the bling

I get a lot of my engine pictures from  the e-bay cars for sell thats a good source. As for you idea about what to do to your engine comes down to 2 things in my view how much are you willing to spend and are you into originally of the look of a stock engine? I would like the stock look with a LOT of POWER. I just put down 6500.00 on my engine in my stock block with a lot of power.
