Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
I see carpet, seats and steering wheel.  looks like the weather stripping is in good shape.  How is the dash?

It would seem they did a good job on the repaint.

If you need to replace the dash let me know I have a little experience with my 82.  I have the inside and outside, transmission engine and a few odds and ends most done now I hope.

Good to see the pictures.

You are correct, new skins for the seats, carpet and the wheel. Not to bad a Task. The dash is good aside from some fitment issues with the glove box door. I plan to address it in the winter.

You know I sit so tall in the seat that my head only has about 1inch of clearance.  I have get in a little differently and of course bump my head every time.

Love the car wish it was a little taller.  I did not have this issue until I replace the seats much more comfortable but with the new foam I lost an 1/2 of head clearance.

Where am I going with this?  I have no idea.  I guess it is the art of getting in and out of the car.

The only thing that was not bad on the inside of mine was the carpet.  But it is all done now.
