Has anyone used POR 15 its a rust proofing paint? I know they sell a solvent to thin it but I was wondering If any thing else would work. Its the weekend they are closed and of course I didnt order the solvent.

Unless your going to spray the POR15 I've found that it doesn't need to be thinned and tends to fill small imperfections. When applied it seems to "thin & flow" before it cures. It will clean up with Acrylic paint thinners but I don't know if I'd use that as a thinning agent.
One thing for sure if you get it on your skin - if won't come off. Just follow the directions for storage.
It's good stuff.

Amen on keep it off your skin. I went to work Friday and wished that I could wear gloves. I did brush it and it looks great but I wanted to get inside on the frame rails.
