What is the OE battery in a base 72 Vette? In every place I look for details, it only gave details like CCA or volts.....etc. I think I remember them coming with R89 or R89S, but I have not been able to confirm it yet. I'd appreciate any help.

looking here it is saying it is a R89s for base 1971-1975 and R89w for heavy duty i think, given it was for the 454 engine....
