They look great. Exhaust pipes that is. I will lighten up on that one. Look better then mine !
I did get excellent suggestions on how to line them up from Milkman and DaveB12 on how to straighten up the whole system. Will go at it tomorrow.

Vette(s): 1976 Brown with Buckskin Interior. I bought her on 9/15/03 and just received it on OCT 1st 2003!! It needs interior work, and some things under the hood, but I am so excited! Just waiting for Summer of 2004 to totally show it off.
Mr. Boat,
I am looking to get side pipes anyway so hopefully that will take care of that prob!!

The slight difference in tail pipes is the least of any problem. I mean we drive these, right? If you want a trailer queen, then worry about small things like that. Great car.

Suzanne...
the problem is that you need to specify
http://
before
www.cardomain.com/id/1funvet
So it should look like this:
http://www.cardomain.com/id/1funvet
If you don't specify http:// then people's browsers think you are trying to link to a page within the C3VR website.
There is actually a couple of ways you can create the link while typing inside a post, or in your forum signature.
To use the below examples, replace the ! with |
!URL!http://www.cardomain.com/id/1funvet!/URL!
will look like this:
http://www.cardomain.com/id/1funvet
!URL=http://www.cardomain.com/id/1funvet!Click here to visit my Website!/URL!

I remember when you were starting your search for sidepipes. Any luck? I saw a place online selling them in black, chrome and ceramic. Check out http://www.vettespecialties.com/ under the Online Catalog - Engine Performance link.

Hey Eric-
That's so cool, you actually remember that. LOL actually I am looking at this:
http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10101&storeId=10101&langId=-1&productId=174671&mediaCode=ZX&appId=384366

HEADER-LOOK CHROMED SIDE PIPE KIT WITH 3-1/2" DIAMETER PIPES
2" diameter inlet tubes. Functioning inlet tube is enlarged to fit over 2" outside diameter header downpipe. Choose 63", 73", or 83" long. Kit features built-in high-flow mufflers (with efficient 6-sided louvered cores) to absorb noise, but not horsepower! Easy installation. Two welded brackets on each pipe allow easy, secure attachment of L-shaped hangers with nuts and bolts. Kits include: 2 complete pipes with 4 tube collectors, installation hangers, nuts and bolts. Choice of 3 lengths to accommodate virtually all applications.
Note: Length of side pipes is measured from the bend in the collector to the end of the side pipe. Cannot be shipped express. Please check local emission laws before ordering.
$204.95
