I know the answer has to be right in front of me but I dont see it. Theres a dealer out there called something like USA Corvettes. They always seem to have very nice c3's at well under the money. What am I missing or are these guys just cheap?

Its actually US CORVETTES. They are in Hemmings, EBAY and they have a page by the same name. They're in Cali.. They have a DOPE 75 triple black ragtop 4sp im sniffing and a very nice 73
