Do you hear the pump kick in when you press the "Wash" button?
Check the filter on the very end of the hose that goes down into the reservoir. They get gummed up if not used very much.
If you have access to air(compressor), disconnect the hoses in the system and gently blow thru all of them to make sure they are all clear.
If the washer hasn't been used in a while, it will take a painfully long time to prime the system before it reaches the sprayers.
