Darla, actually you would think that they were braown but they are not. They are black, and if you need the paint info and code number, let me know. You can buy that trim paint locally(probably). I redid my windshield trim, rockers, gills and grilles and they look great

Please EMAIL me the paint codes you have. That would be sooooo great to have on hand. Is it a "special" black or something? What about the brown? Do you happen to have that code too? It would be nice to have someplace. I don't know if I'll have the time to paint all that, but I'll sure try since the outside will be new now. What do I need to do to prep those plastic parts before painting them? Any help is totally appreciated since I'm doing all this on my own. No guy to help here, so be gentle on me! lol I really gotta find those crossfire badges! My email is current too.

Darla, I'll email you the brown paint code, which id for the gradient stripes and interior pieces; and the trim paint and how to do it. It is really easy and you won't have a problem. Check for my email later, OK?

Thanks for the email on the black paint code and the instructions Chris. Sounds like something that I can do myself which is cool. I'll file it in her file. I'll look forward to the dark brown code and the stripe ID. What's the gradient stripe ID anyhow? The dealer got a set from Eckler's. I hope those are correct!!!???
Something else that you might find interesting is that 2 big Vette suppliers told me that the gills are available from GM, GMPerformance Parts, GMRestoration Parts. Have you heard that?

e
Try www.volvette.com They are a great place to deal with, and usually, if they don't have it, you don't need it.

Adam, thanks for the lead!
Chris, thanks for all the paint info. No, I just thought that you had some special ID or something for the stripes that's all.
