Vette(s): 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Just bought it from my uncle who owned it since 1971. Fathom green, green interior. 350/300, T400.

I'm looking for a rebuilt original wiper motor for my '69. I saw a guy at VetteFest that rebuilds them, but I lost his card. anyone have any info? Also, anybody know of anyone that rebuilds smog pumps?

Thanks,

Matt

I bought my rebuilt wiper motor frm the zone. It was a fraction of the price. It's a real vette wiper motor. I did have to do my own detailing though, it had way too much paint on it.

When you say the Zone, do you mean Autozone?

Thanks,

Matt

Yes, Auto Zone. I didn't turn in the old one for a core. Seems like I had to use a couple of pieces off the old pump so hang on to your old one. The core charge is negligable anyway.

The wiper motors that have provisions for headlight washers are pretty much non-existent. Your 69 might have had those standard equipment.

the guy i listed above knows quite a bit of detail about the headlight washer system and explained in detail what he would do to restore mine to factory condition
