Need info on Sequel Corp

Ok.. did a search for engine, tranny, vin, and fame numbers... found  a plate glued to the side of the motor.  It reads, Rebuilt by Sequel corp a division of SRC, with serial number and MOD #.  Can't find any info except that they rebuild engines.  any help here ???  Ser# 4063819396, MOD#FDSCV350CP.
