Well after about 20yrs of wantin one I finally got my vette. A 75 matching, 48000 original miles, convertable w/the matching hardtop. Its in great condition but needs some stuff. I do have a couple questions though. I need the mounts for the rear of the hardtop but have no idea what they look like or what they are (I havent got my manuels yet but they will be on order mon) Also with the hard top mounted is there usually a gap near the aft section were the door and window meet? Thats it for now Ill probably have more though. Now lets see if I can post a picture or not

Vette(s): 1976 Brown with Buckskin Interior. I bought her on 9/15/03 and just received it on OCT 1st 2003!! It needs interior work, and some things under the hood, but I am so excited! Just waiting for Summer of 2004 to totally show it off.
Congrats Glen, I know what's it like to wait for one sooooooo long. I have wanted one since I was like 5 - my 1st one I saw was an 81 and I was hooked. I finally got one this past year (2003) so that's like 24 years I waited cause I am now 29 - till May 9th, I bought the vette and a motorcycle for myself for my 30th. Good luck with it and keep us posted on all you do to it. I can't wait to see a pic!!!!!

NVMY76 ,I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with imperfect exhaust tips, who cares, they sound good.when you're flying by somebody at 85 they will never see them any way
nice looking Vette does it have a front end?
