My C3 is on the cover of How to Restore and Modify your Corvette 1968-1982 which is being sold on this site, it was also in Vette in Oct 1993, in Corvette Milestones, Corvette 1968-1982, In autofocus corvette, and in 2 calendars(1996&1997). I found my car in a corn crib in PA where it had been sitting for about 9 years. The wiring was a bit chewed up by mice but the rest of the interior was perfect, (except carpet and brake console had to be replaced. I enjoy going to shows and telling my story about my car. I'm glad I found this site, C3's sometimes don't get the respect they deserve.

Welcome aboard Tom!
Congrats on the exposure your Vette has gotten.
There are some other "infamous" Vette owners here as well. If you haven't seen it yet, look for another thread, Famous (or is it infamous) Members Rides, in this forum.

Wow! You made the cover. That's just too cool! Welcome to the C3VR. Be sure to put together a website for that baby! I'd love to see more detailed photos. ~Juliet

That would be a nice find in a corn crib!! I got mine out of a little garage outback. We pretty much forgot about it for nearly six years. Congratulations on making the cover, that would be a great honor!

The coolest thing about my vette's history is it was restored by someone named "Jimmy the Jailer". That is what was on a bunch of the receipts I got. Joe
