Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

I've been wanting to get a few of the photos up from those I took at the Super Chevy Show a couple of weeks back and just hadn't had the time. Well, here comes the first batch...
This is a very modified 82. It has Lambo doors, custom paint and a custom interior. It won the Modified C3 class, as well as the overall Corvette category. It's certainly not anything I would do, but in particular, the interior is not too gaudy and the workmanship is very nice. It was an impressive car. The owner was from Washington DC.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Huh... I wonder what the problem was. I edited the post and re-did those links. I agree, when I first went in they were dead, but they seem to work now for me. Please let me know if there're more problems... manget1 2007-07-30 06:46:36

Links look fine this morning bro... I like the C3 except for the paint scheme. I think the LT1 is a good fit for these cars...

A car of that caliber is in a class by itself, but even without the doors and a few differences, Eurodesk (C3VR member) sports a very similar body style and totally custom amenities. I prefer his by far( and I've seen it up close. He attended the Carson City gathering.) aceinthehole 2007-07-30 19:53:07
