Max Jax car Lift

Rich, you should know that without locks on the lift it would be an OSHA violation. Now I would never have or do anything that wouldnt be OSHA approved! What if they came to my house and did an inspection! Anyway, yes it has locks. Once I get it in the air I plan on putting my jacks stands under it as a safety. The go up 50". Very heavy duty. Im trying to locate a 7/8" hammer drill bit for the anchors. No luck yet. Going to give tri-boro a call. I could move the posts back further but Im trying to save space.

Finished up the install tonight. Everything works great. No leaks, plenty of ceiling clearance. I should be able to use my standup trans jack to install the trans in a few weeks. I can have all but 52 inches of clearance underneath!

Great job. I put off buying a lift for a long time but when I finally got the four-post lift setup I was very happy. Everything is better lifted.

I didn't know these lifts had locks on the arms..that's good..shouldn't be that hard to lift it then..looks like the arms are equal length also..

Rich, the locks arent what I would call super heavy duty but they lock in place. I'll get some pics posted on Monday night once we're back home. You'll have to take a trip and stop down to check it out. But let me know in advance when you plan on coming. I have to clean up the shed first because right now its embarrassing have much junk is sitting around! Cant wait for this project to end so I can have some space back!
