Main vacuum tank

Does. Anyone know if there is anything inside of the main vacuum tank under the drivers fender ??

What year are we talking about ? the vacuum tank is for the headlights and Wiper door up to 72 I think.

Profile shows a '69 convertible.
Should be nothing inside the tank other than air, unless the car is running...then there is NO air(vacuum).
Might have some rust floatin around in it, tho...
