I think Ranger needs to do the same.....unless he's just ignoring me.

It would tell you that his box is full when you to send it. If it send without that message, then he's just ignoring you! (Or he hasn't seen it yet). You can go to your PM Outbox and check the icon next to the PM that you sent him. It will tell you if he read it or not.
