Vette(s): White '79 Corvette. It's a driver.
Is there any "right" way to prepare a Corvette before you use a jack to raise it up for an oil change, etc...?
Or when it goes up on a lift?

I have wondered if its better to keep the T-Tops on, doors closed and windows rolled up to prevent any "flexing" of the body.
Or would allowing some "flexing" be a good thing to prevent (God Forbid) stress cracks forming.

This just a question I've never thought to ask and have wondered about in the past.

Hey Joel,
Thanks for patching me through to that thread. Lots of good points made there.
