If you are doing suspension/brakes, use these points for jackstands. If you are storing it for a while, use the same rear points, but put the stands under the lower control arms at the front, under where the shock goes thru.

(btw...did you get the info on the brake rotor run-out?)

Yeah...what Ron said!

It does keep the frame from flexing as much as the other positions would. It also keeps the body from stressing as much. For longer term storage, that's where I would recommend putting the stands. For working on the car, the side frame position is better, as it allows more access.
