On my '68, I bought 3 of Duplicolor's touch up bottles: Monte Carlo Red, GM Bright White & Universal Black. The red was a real good match.
I used a toothpick to place drops in each part of the flag, & I worked it around until it covered that area. Anything on the borders was scraped off when dry w/ a razor blade.
