OK.  PM coming.  Info on cleaning the surface is good.  My guinea pig is pretty dirty (just like what's on the car!)

On my '68, I bought 3 of Duplicolor's touch up bottles: Monte Carlo Red, GM Bright White & Universal Black.  The red was a real good match.
 
I used a toothpick to place drops in each part of the flag, & I worked it  around until it covered that area.  Anything on the borders was scraped off when dry w/ a razor blade.

I just happen to have a gas lid emblem for a Silver Anniversary. GM #472718. New in box purchased on 2-9-78 with invoice. Anyone interested? (Ecklers nos sell for $59.00)
