a place you surely should take a look is inside of the doorpillars , the bodymounts in it , and the windshield frame is also as place rust often eats away ( actually it is best seen when you take the chrome molding on top off.. but from the inside ( unscrew the molding can give you already an idea)
both insidecorners of the frame infront of the rear wheels can easily collects dirt and water , meaning rust will do it's job there.
and don't forget.. rust is always worse then you might think at first sight
