I own a 72 convertible, serial # 27003. The last serial # produced in 1972 was #27004. I have reason to believe that #27004 is a T-Top, thus making my car the last convertible built with a full set of bumpers! But I am trying to get proof and have so far had no luck. I have checked with NCRS and at the 50th celebration in June, but no luck. I guess I need to find someone who worked at St louis in 72 or knows about the 1972 corvette #27004. If anyone has any info, ideas, contacts, etc. it would sure be appreciated. Thanks.

Go over to Corvetteforum.com and ask BSeery. He seems to be a wealth of info. of this type. If he doesn't know, he probably knows somebody who could help you out.
