Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79

What do you think of the custom modifications that FSD did to this 1976 C3 Corvette?

Not a fan.  If I wanted a Viper, I'd get a Viper.

SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe

I have to agree with the comments above.  Interesting work but why spend the time, money and emergy to take a classic, whatever condition it was in at the start of the project, and turn it into something that kinda looks like another classic...?!?!?!?

I think the real question is what does the owner think of his creation??? The only one he has to impress is himself

Vette(s): 1975 Stingray Nomad Wagon, with Daytona front, custom hood scoop, dual side vents; 420HP 350; Doug Nash 5 speed; 1980 rear end W/4:11 gears; Cherry Red metallic paint.

Thank you, nosal1 for your comment.   I wanted to say that, but did not want to seem self serving.  As the owner of highly customized 75 Vette Wagon, I get lots of comments (expected), its always good to see people who realize its built for ME :)

BTW, nothing but good from this group here on C3VR

High cost over modification lost it's identity.
