Hi I'm new here and I have a subjective question to ask. I own a 1980 L-48 with approx 14,500 miles. Black on black auto. T-tops all the stuff. It's super sweet but I don't have time for it now so it must go.

My question is what would a fair asking price be. Pretend your me, not someone trying to buy it. In other words what is it's market value. The list of mods are, headers, new exhaust(old one was rusted) edelbrock intake, and an accel coil. I can replace the exhaust and intake with original if that would increase the asking price. There's nothing to hide here it's in great shape paint etc all in great shape. It's been garaged it's whole life and the whole bit. Not a show car but very nice. Thanks for any opinons.

Hello Luke, sorry to hear that your thinking about getting rid of the Vett, but I have the May 2002 Vett magizine, and list all pricing, so I'll let you know what they think, a 1908 with L-48 "3" condition 12,000 and a "2" condition is 17,500. I think with the modifications that you have, and the way you stated it it would be closer to a "3", but the very low miles will most certainly be wotk a big plus. My guess with a a pic is around 15,000.

I think a low mileage '08 ought to fetch a bit more than 15k...!!! (just funnin' with ya Dave! My fat fingers are always gettin' in the way.)
