Yes, Ranrich, what you could do to is rent a bay in a storage facility. I can tell you as an insider, insurance companies HATE carports, especially if they're the 4 pole sheetmetal "tent" style, but even if they have asphalt shingles on the roof, it's not a building (2 rigid walls and roof). I have a boat stored in a bay of a storage facility and as long as it's locked and completely enclosed, you should be okay.
