Hey guys,
Were starting to get back into finishing this build. Sadly the body shop went out of business and the owner who was a friend is no longer responding to txts and calls. He's turned into a real A-HOLE!
I had a big box of hardware that all the hardware had labels. Its gone, he may have thrown it out, or got lost when the shops land-lord evicted them. Can anyone help with sizes of bolts and nuts? Or tell me if anything needs a speed nut?
I mainly need the interior, EVAP/HEATER Box, torque converter, bell-housing, transmission, condenser and radiator, gas tank, filler/sending unit for now.
I have a 77. don't remember if its a late or early though. I had the alarm key in the drivers side fender, ad cruise control that had a rubber accordion/anodized body.
Thanks for the help guys!

You can purchase a Assembly Instruction Manual from most of the Corvette parts venders. It will give you all the needed information as to HOW TO and WHEN TO in the re-assembly procedures.

I bought the Corvette America version of the CHEVY assembly-line manual. Its huge, haven't seen it in a while, are the proper bold sizes in there?

The assembly manual will give you the GM part number for the correct nuts and bolts and screws; but I don't know how to find out what the sizes are.

I have found my manual at last!
I will look into it tomorrow later when I have a chance. Perhaps ecklers could help?

So, Ecklers was ZERO help. So was Corvette America. The book has NO bolt sizes. Most diagrams DO NOT have GM part numbers. It just has an arrow and a letter. The letter on the sheet just says Bolt. Sometimes it will give a torque spec, but thats it.
Bowtie Overdrives (the company that supplied my transmission) supplied some bolts still in question.
I got the bell housing bolts, inspection cover bolts, flexplate bolts, Torque Converter Bolts, and Transmission Mount Bolts. The Cross-member is still installed in the car. I have all the bolts that enter the frame on the sides of the member. However, I am told I am missing the horizontal bolt? Where does that go? Does anyone have a picture? What size is it?
Thank you again

Louis, the "horizontal" bolts are on the sides of the frame, on the inside edge.Same size bolts as the ones you have holding it in from the bottom of the frame. There are two bolts from the bottom(on each side), and two that come in from the center of the car to the frame, so four bolts total per side on the crossmember.

Thanks for your help. Looking at the picture you attached vs the pictures that I uploaded; I believe I have those bolts attached. I believe the bolts are still there. I will double check.
