Vette(s): 1969 Coupe
Tomorrow, I'll start the process of putting the new clutch in and the tranny back on the car. Hopefully I'll be able to drive the car come Thursday.

Getting ready to do my tranny also. just ordered service and overhaul manuels so i can get a jist of what i am getting myself into. some say it's a piece of cake. I got an estimate from a local mechanic around 600 to 800.00, my guess it will be 900.00, so as a Poor Man's vette owner I will have to attempt it myself. I will be replacing clutch, pressure plate and throughout bearing.
i have my car stored in a garage in Limerick.
Plenty of room to work.
Should I attempt this myself or just fork over the cash to the mechanic.
