Good price to dyno tune my 383?

I'm trying to find someone in the area to tune my 383, but the only place I've found so far wants $450-500 to do it, and that doesn't include the parts like jets etc on the carb.  

We did dyno a race car before and cost around $125.    The only thing we got was 3 pulls, no parts, we tuned the car ourselfs.

That is a fairly common price for doing the dyno pulls and doing the tuning as well.   It's pricey but not outrageous.  You very well find it at a better price, depending on who is in your area.  Not a huge number of people do this, so they get a good buck for the service. kstyer2008-06-06 19:09:52
