I wholeheartedly agree.  I live fairly close to Rik's and have ordered from them many times.  It's nice to call a vendor and know that the ones who answer the phone are the owners.  Rik and Laurie are both very knowledgeable and friendly and shipping is FAST. they got my order here (uk) in 2days.
but customs, now thats another thing. they have had it 3 days,and looks like it will be another 3-4 days till i get my hands on it.
