I have to replace the fuel lines on my 69,with the body on the car.is this possible or will I have to cut the lines to get them on

From what I understand, you can remove the old lines with the body on, but the body has to come off to install the new ones. I guess the designers only thought about making the car as easy to assemble as possible without a thought to rebuilds down the road.

The way the fuel lines snake around the frame at the rear, it would be almost impossible to run the line as installed originally. You might consider alternate routing at least in that area. Just keep it above the bottom of the frame rail for protection. I put a new line on mine, but the frame is off. You can buy a roll of stainless from Summit, it's more than enough to do one car.
