I have a completly restored (except the frame)1980 vette. You can't put your finger on anything that has not been rebuilt or replaced. 700R4 Transmission, 400 small block. I have some rust in the frame and came accross a NOS frame. I sent the frame and had it powder coated and am gathering all the information I can about removing the body. Now the question: Is there a detailed instruction somewhere that gives step by step instructions on removing the body from the frame? I purchased the corvette restoration guide but there is not enough detail on the 80 model to get me started. Most of the stuff in the book is common sense but I need to know when to start removing the bumpers etc:. Thanks.

There is a list on my web page. Your car rear bumpers will be a little different but most of the other stuff is the same.
Good Luck
