My husband and I are in the middle of an on body restoration project to our 77 Vette.

 
This evening I decided to rip out the original carpeting since I will be replacing it with new. As I was taking out the driver side carpet I found right under the area where your feet rest two build sheets! One looks like the one found on top of the gas tank support very beat up but the other was in mint condition! I was so thrilled! It looks brand new. Tongue
 
Just thought that I would pass this along.

Ya just never know where you'll find copies of the build sheet...behind the dash, behind the rear seat panels, stuffed in the frame rails...anywhere is possible!!

Lucky you. I found mine when I pulled th body off still attached to the tank but it is not in very good condition.

That is so cool Thumbs%20Up Almost makes people wanna go adventuring through their vettes.  But I know my carpet was pulled up and replaced along time ago so I dought theres anything there.
