Hi Vince......

Nice to hear from you.... Really glad to hear you are so busy with work....

Not as glad to see the poor ol Stingray wasting away. I think we each know where one is. Must be our cross to bear.

It's a shame that the owners won't let us
"Lovers" buy them

Yep, There is a C-2 almost hidden behind a house I pass by occasionally.   from what I can tell its a 64 or 65 as all I can see is the rear 1/3 of the car.  Ive stopped but they wont even come to the door and a fence prevents closer inspection.  I kow the car has been there over 15 years and its just melting into the ground.

yes, I am aware of a couple of these as well. A 76' and a 75' all but forgotten. A little T.L.C. from those of us who care could keep the C3 heart pumpin for a few more moons. Like the BOW TIES in barns, many of these are close to my home.

Hey guys, sorry to post and bale out again but, another couple of LONG Days. You're right Tux, I should be thankful for the work and really I am but, it just wears you out.

Thanks for fixing the link for me Jim wasn't sure what I had done wrong but, I knew someone would be able to help on it. Ken, you're right, stupid is as stupid does. I have stopped and asked about a couple of other vetts and old bow ties but, like Adam has said, as soon as you ask about the car being for sale or if they would be interested in selling, they all the sudden think it's worth a million bucks.   I usually don't even offer a price to them after I get that reaction. It's funny, even when you tell them you been goin by for X amount of years and finally decided to stop and ask about it. They act like it's had a for-sale sign in all that time. Anyway guys, I just had to vent to folks I know would understand. I appreciate the support. fedexbicman762009-01-31 08:14:47
