Thanks to all the help from the guys and gals here, I finally got my Vette registered. Apparently the system doesnt like Netscape. I did it on Microsoft Internet Explorer on my home PC. I have Netscape at home and at work, but Microsoft finally let me enter my VIN. So Joe, I guess my Vette really does exist.

I have some other issues with Netscape, that I will try to look at this weekend.
If everyone would just conform to Bill Gates' dream and only use Microsoft products we wouldn't have this problem!
