Vette(s): '68 Black Conv. Matching 327/300 4 Spd. P/S, P/B, P/W, Tele, A/C

Silver,

When I was replacing my gas tank on my '68, I bought the one listed as for use with 68 to 69E.  There was also a tank available for the 69L to 70.

As per the Eckler's & Corvette Central catalogs, the change from 69E to 69L occurred around July 29, 1969.

Hope this helps,

Anthony
