Figures that it would be built by someone from "Cheddarland"...!!!

Last summer on a Thursday night cruse-in at the local drive-in saw a custom Vette that was kind of a cross between Stuz kit and who knows what.
Neither are my cup of tea but there are lots of folks who are really into custom bodywork. Whether it suits my taste or not I will always look to check out the workmanship. The creativeness and how well it was executed (or not) is always interesting.

I agree Jim. Each to his own. Wonder how many this guy will sell, or how many he has already sold? Maybe none....
I have never seen the movie. But one of these days I will.

Talk about being all dressed up with no place to go..... There are at least 3 Corvette Summer cars running around. Who knows maybe someone will modify this hood to fit something else.
One can only hope.....!

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
I'm with Norsky. I'm not a fan of the way the car looks, and I've seen plenty of other ones that are equally molested, but I do appreciate fine workmanship (Lord knows I don't have the skill or the patience that many of these folks have), and I have seen that on many examples of "modified" cars. I also kind of appreciate what I would guess is a labor of love for this guy to re-create the famous movie car.
But I ain't buyin' one!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

The first one was too ugly to exist, but it does. I can' t imagine someone wanting to make another one. Just me.
