that ad showing a 1980 chevette... we should tell him a 1980 chevette can't be worth $22,000 but I'd pay $200 for the one pictured in the ad.

yes i have gotten the answer to my previous question. thnaks for helping me out. i am getting a non-running V-8 i think 454 for $150. i have been saving up for 1 1/2 years. i am going to get it working. my dad doesnt want any new parts on it because it has everything original. do you think that it would be possible that the reason it is not working is because it is dirty? or do you think i may ahve to change some parts. my dad doesnt handle change well. i have seen many people and helped many people rebuild their engines so i sort of know what i am doing. but just in case bought a few used guides and am going to start this weekend. i did research about the c3's and all of them to present and figured out my uncle has a c3 here is the pic.
he also has a 98 pace car replica. talk to ya later

I'm guessing you want the put the 454 in the C3. What does it have in it now, small block or big block? Most likely a 350 small block, so there will be a lot of converting. Fill us in on some details. Looks to be a late 70s car. Let us know, we will do what we can to help.

i am not putting the engine in the car, i am just simply trying to get it to run. i got some of it a part and found some corrosion and took it off with a toothbrush. it was mostly around the spark plugs and on them. i took the belt off and it crumbled so that was no good. thats all i have done. i will be leaving once i have to pay so thank you guys in advanced
i will keep you updated until then
