Me thinks there was a major 'tongue-in-cheek' slant to his response!

Okay at 14 I can forgive him. My youngest is 14. My oldest, now 25 and a high school english teacher, stunned me at 18 years and in first year of college. After having me as a father, growing up with all family income based on cars, I was floored.
She called my wife and wanted a jump. She left her lights in her LeBaron (grad present) on while at Kent State U. My wife told her to call parking services, they would jump it for free, and do it quicker than she could get there. My daughter did that. Then she called my wife back and asked how much for a new battery. Why my wife asked? "Because all the power went out of this one!
" My wife had to pull over the minivan and stop, she was laughing too hard to drive.
Shows how much our kids pay attention to what we do.

I see where you got it from. You're forgiven. BUT Those Boneheads!!!
The one consession I will make to that the the Chevette heater control head that was used in several late 70s Corvettes, If you have the slides in the console instead of rotating dials, Chevette.
