I have a good cover and seal off of my 76 if you want it. I put a chrome one on it a few years back.... Let me know and it's yours.

It is coming from around the cover for sure but it might not just be coming from there. The gasket thingy under the cover doesn't seem to be the right one for it or its soaked in something and really disfigured. I might just replace the whole thing to make sure I got it
