I just renewed Hagerty this week for another year... I hope I never find out who is best.   I honestly have never heard of J C Taylor.

We are signing with American Collectors.
There is a milage limit of 2500 at $195 a year, ($25,000 agreed value).
It goes to $245 for 5000 miles.

I have had Hagarty for 3 years now.  I did compare to JC Taylor, and Hagarty was a bit cheaper for me.  American Collector was also a bit more.  All of them were reasonable.
